The Raw Story | Educators face blowback for protesting Iraq war in schools: "In November 2005, Alan Temes, an assistant professor at Indiana University of Pennsylvania filed a lawsuit against the college after he failed to get tenure. Temes said he would post the body count of US soldiers and Iraqi civilians next to a bulletin board filled with pro-military imagery, which included the words ?Operation Iraqi Freedom? next to a picture of the burning twin towers."
